At Leland Meadow Townhome Owners Association, we encourage and support an association of neighbors who voluntarily work together to maintain our property values and promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family and friends. Our mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and Bylaws.

Payment By Mail
To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Please consult with your bank for more information.
Leland Snow Play
The Leland High Sierra Snow Play is the biggest and best SNOW PARK in the Sierras, specializing in Lift-Served Snow Tubing, Sledding, and other SNOWPLAY FUN! The Snow Play is owned and operated by the Vetesys who permanently reside in Leland Meadows and have managed the Snow Play since 1990.
The Vetesy's staff also provide year-round emergency maintenance service for the HOA and Water District and snow removal service. Due to our remote location, the LM community is fortunate to have “on-site” maintenance personnel available 24 hours a day.
